Delivery
Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery charge is £5, and your parcel will arrive within 3-5 working days. We also deliver to the Scottish highlands and the Channel Islands for a fee of £12. All our plants are packaged in sustainable packaging (read about this here), and are packaged at the last minute on express postage to make sure they arrive with you in the same condition they left our shop. Unfortunately, we are not yet able to offer international delivery. Please note there is a minimum order amount of £15.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery to England, Wales and Scotland (excluding the Scottish highlands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man) for orders over £60. Please note this does not include items for collection only - such as furniture and plants larger than 55cm as these are too large for us to send at the minute. Occasionally, because of the way our operating system works, you may be offered free delivery on products for collection only. If this happens you can either have the order refunded, or collect the items in store - but we won’t be able to deliver these to you. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. At the minute we are a growing small business and don’t have the infrastructure in place to deliver larger items yet.
Returns Policy
What if my plant arrives damaged?
We endeavour to keep our plants in a tip-top-quality condition, however, if you think there is anything wrong with its health please inform us within 72 hours of collecting your order or within 72 hours of your parcel arriving. You can visit us instore, or send us an enquiry via our website or Facebook page. After this point, we are happy to offer you any advice you need to care for your new plant baby, but we won’t be able to replace it or refund for you. You can also exchange a plant that you have collected in store within 72 hours if you bring it in with a copy of your receipt.
How can I return products ordered online?
Our online returns policy is in line with the 2015 consumer rights act.
Non- Perishable Goods (eg Bauble Boxes, Lights and Giftware)
You can return products within fourteen days of receipt of your goods and we will give you a full refund including delivery. Please note that we do not cover return postage costs and items must be returned to us in good condition (including glass ornaments). Please make sure to have proof of postage and wrap up any decorative items really well to ensure they are not broken upon arrival, as we can’t refund goods damaged in transit.
Perishable Goods (eg Plants)
We are happy to offer you any advice you need to care for your plants but cannot accept returns or refunds on them. If they arrive damaged please send pictures within 72 hours of delivery and we will offer you a refund or replacement. Damages reported after this time cannot be refunded or replaced.
For items bought in store …
Unfortunately, due to the nature of products we sell, we cannot offer any refunds on products once they have been purchased from our store (or if they have been ordered online but collected in store). This is because we sell perishable goods, whose quality can easily be damaged, and so are excluded from the consumer contracts regulations. If you buy non-perishable items instore or for collection online and your product is faulty, please bring in the item along with your receipt and we can either replace or refund the item for you. Please note that we cannot refund items bought or collected instore if you change your mind, but we can happily offer you an exchange or credit note. You can read more about this here. Can I ask you for advice about caring for my plant?
Of course! If you ever have any problems looking after your plant at any point in its life, our garden experts are more than happy to answer your queries and questions - just reach out to us on facebook or via our contact us form. We want all plants to be happy and healthy so, like a doctor’s surgery, we’re happy to diagnose plant problems and give you cures!
